Boston Massage Associates values and respects you as a client. We request that you treat our therapists in kind, and notify Boston Massage Associates if you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason more than 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment. We must reserve the right to charge the full fee for any missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice. We will use our discretion when charging “No Show” fees. Boston Massage Associates also reserves the right to charge the full scheduled fee for tardiness of appointments.
